Summer Reading Sign-Up

To register a child for the Summer Reading Program at the Villanueva Library, complete the form below and click the "Submit" button. You will receive a confirmation email in response, with additional information about Summer Reading.

OPTIONAL: If your child will be participating in summer reading events at the Library, you may complete and sign the "Permission to Photograph" portion of the downloadable registration form below and return the signed document  to "library@elvallecenter.org or to Villanueva Library, Box 61, Villanueva, NM  87583.
