Frank Gallegos Resource Room & Computer Lab
Named after the father of the Community Center's founder, Patricia Gallegos, the Frank Gallegos Resource Room and Computer Lab houses the library's public access computers and its collection of student and adult education and literacy materials. The room serves as a center for online and in person learning activities, access and support of a range of online learning platforms and workforce training hubs. Assistance with online learning and training in basic computer skills is available from staff. Access to high speed internet if available on all computers at no cost. During the current pandemic conditions, Resource Room computers are available for use on a limited basis. If you wish to use the public access computers, please call the library several days in advance to schedule. In addition to the public access desktop models, the library also has several laptops. These are currently available for use at the library and will soon be available for check out. You may also bring your own laptop and access the library's free wifi throughout the building and outside in the parking and sitting area between the center and the basketball court. |
